Are the prices in Canadian or US $ ?

Both. Prices are shown in US$ or CAD$ depending on your location.

Do you ship across Canada and the United States ?

Yes, we ship across Canada and the United States.

Do you offer support and services in French ?

Yes we do! Our entire staff is fully bilingual.

Do you offer a warranty on the purchases ?

ALL products are under warranty. New products are covered by a standard 2 or 3 years warranty. If you have any issues, we'll deal with it. Our refurbished products are under a 1 year warranty.

What are your shipping options ?

Our website currently offers UPS and fedEX integration, however if you require a specific order to be shipped in a certain way, please give us a call and we will accommodate you.

Are the batteries in the refurnished UPS new ?

Yes. All the Refurbished have brand new batteries.

My UPS is having issues, can you repair it and how much does it cost ?

If it is a relatively small UPS, you can definitively just send your unit to our service bench in Canada. Costs vary based on the issues and the time required to fix the unit. For three phases UPS, we suggest having a technician come over. We can definitively help you with this as well as we work with a network of partners across North America.
